Ingredients

  • Single Recipe
  • 9 oz or 14 oz. jar of artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz can diced green chilies – not drained
  • 1/8 cup of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
  • Double Recipe
  • 30 oz. jar of artichoke hearts – drained
  • 2½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2½ cups cream cheese
  • 2½ cups sour cream
  • 20 oz diced green chilies – not drained
  • 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
  • Options
  • To spice this up, substitute part of the diced green chilies with jalapenos. Not all of them
  • because that would way too spice, but about ¼ to ½ of them.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. A single recipe goes well in the 8” round tin, and double recipe goes well in two 8” round tins.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
